(dále také jako „Společnost“) je oprávněným provozovatelem platformy (a příslušné softwarové aplikace, včetně její vizuální složky) pro převoz osob a majetku pod názvem Daros taxi, zahrnující i webové stránky Společnosti, (dále také jako „Aplikace Daros taxi“ nebo „Systém“) a v této souvislosti Společnost zprostředkovává uzavření smluv o přepravě osob či věcí po pozemních komunikacích na území České republiky nebo takovou přepravu osob či věcí na území České republiky obstarává.
